A clean and comfortable family run hotel. Nice staff. Clean pool with nice lounge chairs and umbrella. A small bar that offered good food and great drinks. The apartment had a small kitchen, which we were able to cook good meals in. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. A nice little balcony with a table and chairs. The hotel has only stairs. No elevator, but the climb wasn't bad at all. There is a small car park. The hotel is tucked back off the main area of Ayia Napa. Since we had a car, we could easily get down into the main area of Ayia Napa and the surrounding area.

Very nice hotel with big and comfortable rooms. Beds and pillows also very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff and very nice atmosphere. The whole object is very clean and tidy and room cleaning is also great and often. The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the city center, but there are lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood. The pool and pool area also very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Small complex, not too busy of a pool area - beds available all day - fantastic! Large double balcony for 1 bedroom apartments. Staff very warm and welcoming. When cleaner attended very clean and tidy. Pool bar staff are so nice, food and drink reasonable prices. Lots of supermarkets within a few mins walk (one is across the road).

The exceptional staff. The crew at Napa Prince truly make you feel like you are at a home away from home, really going the extra mile. Bambos, who works at the pool bar, honestly made our holiday complete. We went for a lads holiday, as being a stones-throw away from the Ayia Napa strip. However, if you are a family or couple looking to stay here, do not let that put you off. The hotel is very quiet at night, and has a very mixed crowd - all ages, genders, and countries. Completely family friendly, Kostas does a great job - working throughout the night to ensure there is no disturbance. The pool bar can make any drink you can imagine, at four euros a cocktail, you can’t go wrong! The food is also very reasonably priced and offers a wide variety. There is also a pool table, large TV screens, lovely bird cage, garden, reception area…

The staff here, in particular Bambo and Tommi on the pool bar were absolutely fantastic, the rooms are as you would expect in a budget friendly hotel, clean and tidy, air con works as it should. Pool clean, bar food is nice, you just can't go wrong for the money.

Nice, spacious apartments, clean sheets, good mattress, air conditioning works good, towels were nice and fresh, big balcony with chairs and a table, parking available at the property. Comfrotable stay overall!

All the staff are wonderful, very sincere and friendly. It is always good to return to this hotel. It's great that when you come back late at night, Kostas always asks if everything is okay and is happy to let you into the room if you don't have the key. Of course, every morning the entire staff will politely say hello and ask how you are doing.

We were very surprised with this hotel. Amazing people at the reception desk and at the bar/restaurant. The location is perfect, quiet, but only 5 minutes walk from the main restaurant avenue. Our kids liked the hotel very much. It was convenient to park there and the food at the bar is very testy :) Well furnished and outfitted living room + kitchen. Large refrigerator. Thank yo very much for the great stay!

Location was perfect and quiet in the day. The walk to the strip and restaurants was about 10 minutes and really easy to book a taxi from the hotel. Staff were so friendly and the family room was perfect for us 4 girls.
